Apy is a wonderful guide! She is very knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and made all of us feel comfortable. She created a tour especially for us, based on our interests and wishes. Her English is excellent, and she helped us get to know Tokyo in a very enjoyable way. We think this is a great idea for the first day in Tokyo, as it helps you understand the city and get oriented. OMGosh where do I start ? 10/10 tour . Our guide Taka was excellent ! He was very knowledge of the city and its history and he was the most delightful , engaging , happy person you could ask for . Taka’s attention to detail was impeccable . From assisting us getting Suica cards and personalizing them with our names in Japanese , to holding our jackets , covering us with umbrellas during the light rain and take amazing photos . This tour felt organic . We felt like we started with a tour guide and left with a friend . We enjoyed our tour so much that we didn’t want it to end so Taka invited us to his family’s restaurant ( Korean BBQ ) for dinner where we met his father , and joined the celebration for his brother’s birthday . I highly recommend Taka with Tokyo Signature Tours to all who visit Japan . Also, Taka assisted us with finding a last minute tour guide for Kyoto with less than 24 hours notice who was also very good and knowledge . Kudos Taka on a job well done . I could not think of any better guide for Japan than Taka! We did an individual two day tour in and around Tokyo and it was such a good experience! Take is a very cool, communicative and enthusiastic guide and person. It didn´t feel like a typical tourist guide experience but rather just like strolling around with a local friend that knows every corner of the city. Tokyo Signature Tours made our first visit to Japan an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we made contact, the entire process was seamless, professional and incredibly well organised. Our guide, Mai, was truly exceptional. Her knowledge of Tokyo was outstanding, and she shared the history, culture and character of the city in such an interesting and engaging way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her warmth, professionalism and attention to detail made the entire day incredibly enjoyable. Having Mai guide us around Tokyo gave us an experience we simply could not have achieved on our own. From the very start, he was attentive to what we actually wanted to see and do, and he took real care in tailoring the day to give us the best possible experience rather than just running through a checklist of tourist spots. What stood out most was how authentic and organic everything felt. Instead of the usual tourist traps, we got to experience the real Tokyo — a shrine, food, and culture which we loved.
