Description of Services
Private, guided sightseeing tours with an accompanying guide
Customized itineraries, pre-tour consultations, and sightseeing advice
Assistance with reservations for restaurants and tourist facilities
Important notes:
The Company does not make reservations or payments as a proxy for the customer, and does not act as a payment agent.
The Services do not constitute “arranged tour contracts” or other travel contracts under the Japanese Travel Agency Act.
The Company does not arrange or book lodging, transportation, or similar travel services, nor does it act as a payment agent for such services.
Consideration for Services (Service Fees)
The tax-inclusive prices for each tour are displayed on the respective tour pages.
Gratuities (tips) are entirely voluntary.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following are not included in the tour fee:
- Transportation costs (public transportation, taxis, ride share services, etc.)
- Food and beverages
- Admission fees, tickets for tourist attractions, and activity fees
- Any other incidental personal expenses
Charges are denominated and billed in Japanese yen (JPY).
Currency conversion rates and any foreign exchange fees are determined in accordance with the applicable card issuer’s rules.
Payment Method
Advance payment by credit card via Stripe.
Cash payments, bank transfers, and same-day/on-site payments are not accepted.
Time of Payment
Payment is processed at the time of booking.
The reservation is deemed confirmed upon successful completion of payment.
Timing of Service Provision (Performance of Services)
The Services (the “Tour”) are provided on the date and at the time indicated in the booking confirmation.
The meeting point and meeting time will also be specified in the booking confirmation.
All dates and times are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Timing and Refund Amount (Japan Time)
Cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour start time:
→ 100% refund of the tour fee
Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled tour start time:
→ 50% refund of the tour fee
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time, late arrival on the day of the tour, or no-show:
→ No refund
All times are calculated based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
2. Refund Method
Refunds are made only to the same credit card used for the original payment, via Stripe.
Refunds cannot be made in cash, by bank transfer, or to a different credit card.
Stripe processing fees, foreign exchange losses, overseas card fees, and similar actual costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Timing of Refund Processing
Where a refund is due, the Company will process the refund within fourteen (14) business days from the date on which the decision to refund is made.
Depending on the card issuer’s processing, it may take approximately 3 to 30 days after processing for the refund to appear on the Customer’s statement.
4. Basis for Calculating Refund Amounts
If any of the following costs arise in connection with the refund, they may be deducted from the refund amount:
- Stripe payment processing fees
- Foreign exchange losses
- Overseas card handling fees
The Company does not compensate for any loss caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
5. Items Not Subject to Refund
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Guide’s transportation costs (variable costs incurred on the day)
- Overtime / tour extension charges
- Food and beverage costs, transportation costs, admission fees, and activity fees
- Cancellation fees charged by third-party service providers
- Gratuities (tips)
Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
If it becomes difficult to conduct the Tour, in whole or in part, due to earthquakes, typhoons, epidemics, public events, transportation disruptions, facility closures, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control, the Company may cancel or discontinue the Tour.
Cancellation before the Tour starts
→ 100% refund of the tour fee
(Refund processing: within fourteen (14) business days from the date on which the cancellation decision is made.)
Interruption after the Tour has started
→ The Company will decide, in its reasonable discretion, whether a refund (and in what amount) is appropriate, taking into account the portion of the
Services that has not been provided and the costs already incurred.

In all cases, airfare, lodging expenses, transportation expenses, and other incidental costs are not covered or reimbursed.
Special Conditions (Where Applicable)
Additional charges may apply in the following cases:
- Special/custom itineraries
- Peak seasons or special busy periods
- Group tours or large parties
- Long-distance travel
- Special arrangements or requests
If additional charges will apply, the Company will provide an estimate and explanation in advance, and will only proceed after obtaining the Customer’s consent.
Refusal or Discontinuation of Services (No Refund)
The Company may refuse a booking or discontinue/terminate a Tour in the following cases:
- Acts of violence, slander, threats, dangerous behavior, or other nuisance behavior
- Excessive intoxication or use of illegal drugs
- Violations of the Terms of Use or provision of false information
- Nuisance behavior toward guides, other guests, the general public, or staff at stores and facilities
In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Updates to this Legal Notice
This Legal Notice may be amended from time to time in response to changes in applicable laws and regulations or in the Company’s operations.
Revised versions will become effective upon publication on the Company’s website, unless otherwise specified.
Governing Language
This Legal Notice is prepared in multiple languages. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between a translated version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall be the official and controlling version and shall prevail.
