We had such a great experience with Taka. His English was excellent, he was funny, easygoing, and amazing with the kids. After spending time with him, it honestly felt less like we were with a tour guide and more like we were hanging out with family. He knew all the cool spots for food and fun, and also showed us things we never would have found on our own, including places and experiences that felt much more local and not touristy. We still keep in touch with Taka today. We always say we would go back to Tokyo just to hang out with him again. Taka and Khana were incredibly reliable, attentive and always available, which gave us complete peace of mind throughout our stay. I was particularly busy with work, so they spent a lot of time with my son and daughter. They didn’t simply take them sightseeing. They gave them a rich and memorable cultural experience, introducing them to the traditions, food, history and modern culture of Japan in such a fun and engaging way. From Shibuya, Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree to the Samurai & Ninja experience, Harajuku, teamLab Borderless and Tokyo Tower, everything was beautifully organised and thoughtfully chosen. As a parent, knowing my children were happy, safe and so well cared for was priceless. The memories and cultural experiences Taka and Khana gave them are something they will cherish forever. A very special mention also goes to UEDA Sunset Hotpot & Yakiniku Restaurant in Ryogoku. An absolute must when visiting Tokyo! 🥰 The meat was exceptional and genuinely worth the trip on its own.
