I can’t recommend Taka and Tokyo Signature Tours enough! This was actually my second tour with Taka. My first tour with him was almost two years ago, and after having such an incredible experience the first time, I knew I wanted to book with him again. One of the things that makes Tokyo Signature Tours stand out is that this is not a generic, one-size-fits-all tour. Taka takes the time to understand exactly what you’re interested in and creates an experience that is completely personalized to what you want to see and do. It truly felt like we were exploring Tokyo with a knowledgeable friend instead of simply following a set itinerary. Taka is also incredibly personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. From the moment you meet him, he makes you feel welcome. It is obvious how passionate he is about Tokyo and Japan, and his knowledge of the city’s history, culture, neighborhoods, food, and hidden gems is incredible. Every place we visited came with interesting stories and insights that made us appreciate Tokyo even more. What impressed me just as much was everything Taka did before the tour even started. For months leading up to our trip, he patiently answered all of our questions, gave thoughtful advice, and recommended restaurants, attractions, and other places to visit throughout the rest of our vacation. His recommendations were fantastic and made planning our trip so much easier. We enjoyed spending time with Taka so much that we even met up with him again a few days after the tour for dinner. I think that says everything about both Taka and Tokyo Signature Tours. He is not only an outstanding guide but also a genuinely kind, welcoming, and interesting person who clearly loves sharing his country with others. Me and my family had both Yukari and Taka as tour guides. Yukari showed us around Osaka, and we had an amazing time! We ate local food and saw all the things to make us feel like we had really done it all in Osaka! Yukari was so thoughful with her planning of our day to make it amazing for all of us! Taka showed us around Tokyo, and we also had an amazing time there! He was so friendly, and you could feel his passion and love for Tokyo and Japanese culture! Me and my sisters are all in college, and both Yukari and Taka ensured that we were enterained for the whole tour, finding things curated towards our generation and my parents!
