Tours generally run in light rain. We may adjust the route to include more indoor options. In case of severe weather warnings or safety concerns, we may reschedule or cancel according to our Terms of Use.
Are tours suitable for children or older guests?
Yes. Routes and pace can be adjusted for families with children or guests who prefer a slower pace. Please share any concerns about walking distance, stairs, or strollers in advance so we can plan accordingly.
What is included in the tour fee?
The fee covers private guiding, language support, and pre-tour planning. Food, drinks, transportation, and attraction tickets are not included and are paid directly by guests.
